With the MagicTrap, you are always aware of the current pest pressure in your oilseed rape field, no matter where you are. This leaves you more time for other tasks and means you can react more quickly if an infestation occurs.

Live field data straight from your yellow trap

If there is a large infestation, your yellow trap will automatically notify you. You will receive a push notification directly on your smartphone and can then view the analysis.

All the images you receive from your MagicTrap are analyzed automatically using artificial intelligence. This means you know immediately how many rapeseed beetles, weevils or flea beetles are in the trap – without having to count them by hand!

Can I purchase MagicTrap on account?

Unfortunately, you cannot purchase MagicTraps on account. We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can select your preferred payment method during the checkout process. 
Do I need cellular reception for MagicTrap at the installation site?

Yes, the MagicTrap needs cellular reception to send the photos to your 
phone. 
In which countries is MagicTrap available?

MagicTrap is currently available to buy from AgroCloud in Sweden & 
Switzerland. MagicTrap is also available to buy from our MagicTrap webshop
in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia & UK. To process orders, we 
therefore need a local shipping and billing address.
Do I need an app to use MagicTrap?

To use MagicTrap, you will also need our MagicScout app.
MagicScout is a free app that is available from the Google Play
Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS).
Download the MagicScout app now and connect your MagicTrap in a few 
easy steps!
Where can I find my purchased MagicTrap licenses?

You may find your purchased MagicTrap licenses in the MagicScout app
under “Profile” → “Personal and Account Settings” →”Account Management”
→ “Software License”.
Why does the MagicScout app say I don’t have a license?

In the heat of unpacking and setting up MagicTrap, you might have not
entered the license code. This license is linked to the e-mail address you
registered for the MagicScout app, not necessarily the one you provided
when purchasing MagicTrap at the AgroCloud website.

For error-free linking of the physical MagicTrap with the MagicScout software, 
the license code you have received when buying the license should be 
entered in the MagicScout app exactly as specified. If you have linked a 
license with a wrong account by mistake, we can also adjust the license 
manually. Please send a short message to our customer service and we will 
take care of it as soon as possible! 
Where can I enter my promotional code when purchasing MagicTrap licenses?

You can enter your promotional code during the MagicTrap license order 
process.
You will find the relevant line in the payment step below the subtotal. Simply 
copy and paste the code and you are one step closer to your own MagicTrap!
